Add all ingredients
in a medium-size bowl
1 3/4 cups corn
To get delicious fresh corn from the cob, I recommend slice it by hand.
Another option is you can drain and rinse about 15.25 oz canned corn with your strainer or the Extendable Collapsible Colander Strainer
1 1/2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
How to prepare tomatoes:
Most importantly, it’s a good idea to wash your tomatoes because they are a part of the “Dirty Dozen” list.
Dirty Dozen List
Clean 15 List
Nearly 70 percent of the fresh produce sold in the U.S. contains residues of potentially harmful chemical pesticides, according to EWG’s analysis.
1. All things considered, it’s very important to wash them thoroughly with Earth’s Natural Fruit & Vegetable Wash to clean 95% or more of the chemicals and toxins off your produce.
Above all, this is my ♥favorite veggie wash and has my stamp of approval. Click the photo or the link to order yours today. I just did. It’s a great gift-giving idea.

Thinly slice 1/2 cup fresh green onions
Equivalent to 4 1/2 green onions or 1 small bundle of green onions
Prepare Fresh Green Onions Option 1:
Firstly, rinse onions under cool tap water and remove any wilted part or cut off damaged green parts you don’t want. Cut off the stringy root ends and dispose of them. Secondly, you will also want to cut off 2″ or less of the green ends to get a fresh green onion to work from.
By all means, use the 2-in-1 Clever Food Chopper Cutter & Cutting Board to thinly cut your green onions right into the bowl.
Another idea is to prepare Green Onions with Option 2:
Once again, be sure to thinly slice the green onions this time by hand.
If you don’t have 2-in-1 Clever Food Chopper Cutter & Cutting Board, use your knives and thinly slice the onions. To demonstrate, I’ve included some photos to show how to layout the onions in a row on a cutting board and cut off the stringy root ends and dispose of them. Again, you can cut off 2″ or less of the green ends to get a fresh green onion to work from.
Then thinly slice your green onions with a knife. After that, add to the bowl when done.
chop or slice 1/2 cup black pitted olives
It’s important to drain the black olives from a bag or a BPA-free can.
Prepare Black Olives:
Cut to your desired size with a knife or the Food Chopper Scissors.
If you are like me and love♥ black olives, the bigger the slice the better.
