We need to cut back on our daily sodium intake to keep our vital organs healthy. I have been experimenting with no-salt options to fulfill the salty taste we are accustomed too. Mix and match my no-salt seasoning ideas into the Farr Better Recipes®. Some of these taste better with certain ingredients than others.
Have fun with this. Because so many people are allergic to spices, I wanted to keep this option open so you can choose what’s best to accommodate your dietary restrictions. Let me know what you think.
