Personally I was looking for something like this when our daughter was first diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2003 at the young age of 7. I wanted someone to tell me what to do for her, where to go get the healthiest products/ingredients and HOW TO COOK for her. I had no idea what to do because this was all new to me. Lord help me!
And so, because I needed a resource like this, I created Farr Better Recipes® as a central location for others to use during a difficult time like this. But then also a resource we can continue to use throughout life as our diseases, illnesses or food allergies change over time.
