I created this Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce because I needed a delicious dairy-free alfredo sauce for my grandson. I was sick and tired of not finding an alfredo sauce that was safe for his food allergies. Likewise, one that tasted irresistibly good.
In short, I threw all my favorite ingredients together in a pan, waving my spatula wand over the pan, and this is what I got… the Creamiest Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce! 5-Star for sure! I know you will enjoy this one because everyone else I share it with does!!

Farr Better Creamiest Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 container dairy-free just like feta cheese about 8 oz
- 1 container dairy-free cream cheese about 7 oz
- 1 package dairy-free parmesan style cheese about 4-5 oz block or 2 1/4 cups shredded
- 1/2 cup milk substitutes
- 1/2 cup coconut cream solid part
- 1/2 cup Farr Better Butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried chopped onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper ground
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg ground
Additional Ingredient Options
- 2 cups mushrooms chopped
- 1 cup asparagus chopped
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes chopped
Instructions
- In a medium-size non-stick saucepan on medium heat, add all ingredients. Stir occasionally for about 15 minutes until melted together completely. Can use a whisk to make it creamy and well blended.
- Other ingredient ideas to add to the sauce: sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus.
- NOTE: Avoid bringing to a boil as the sauce becomes very runny.

- To thicken the sauce, add 1 tbsp at a time of any of the following until desired consistency: Almond Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Arrowroot. I provide many options to accommodate many food allergies. Or next time just use less dairy-free milk.

- Prepare zucchini/squash noodles or ribbons, spaghetti squash, rice noodles/pasta, mashed potatoes or potato strings, and rice of any kind.

(about 4-5 oz block depending on the option you pick or about 2 1/4 cups shredded)

Fun and Easy Kitchen Equipment to shred cheese
1/2 cup Milk Substitutes
(pick your favorite – ♥mine is unsweetened vanilla almond)
1/2 cup coconut cream
FBR Ideas:
For example, you can purchase dairy free-coconut cream, or purchase coconut milk and just use the solid part that rises to the top. Furthermore, you can chill it overnight, and without tipping the can, open it and scoop out the solid cream on the top. As a result, here is your coconut cream.
Sometimes we shake the coconut milk and use all of it for a recipe and sometimes we really want the thick cream part. Hence, you decide what you like best in these recipes. I enjoy giving you some freedom to choose.
1/2 cup Farr Better Butter
Otherwise, if you want to purchase a dairy-free butter, my ♥ favorite one is Miyoko’s European Style Cultured Vegan Butter
2nd ♥ favorite is Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread. I like these because they are allergy-friendly and have a great buttery taste without dairy.
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Dried Chopped Onion Flakes
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking these meatless veggie burgers to make delicious sizzling crumbles totally enhances this Farr Better Creamiest Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce meal.
For example, the ones we like the best ♥ are from Beyond Meat. It is less expensive to purchase the 1 lb package compared to the patties. However, do what is most convenient for you.

PREPARE THE VEGGIE BURGERS
After choosing your veggie burger, use a Non-Stick Frypan/Skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the veggie burger 5-10 minutes using your Veggie Burger Chopper to chop into the crumbles. I do like to use a wood turner cooking tool after the burger is completely crumbled to toss them around in the pan until it’s completely cooked evenly and becomes a little crispy to your liking.
