What makes this creamiest dairy-free alfredo sauce so amazing? Firstly I can't have just one alfredo sauce available because there are many people with different dietary restrictions to accommodate. Therefore, you will see 2-3 similar cuisines. Secondly, our Farr Better Creamiest Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce had to be irresistible and versatile. Most importantly I will very likely have the perfect one for you and others by offering many allergy-friendly plant-based options.
In a medium-size non-stick saucepan on medium heat, add all ingredients. Stir occasionally for about 15 minutes until melted together completely. Can use a whisk to make it creamy and well blended.
Other ingredient ideas to add to the sauce: sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus.
NOTE: Avoid bringing to a boil as the sauce becomes very runny.
FBR IDEA:
To thicken the sauce, add 1 tbsp at a time of any of the following until desired consistency: Almond Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Arrowroot. I provide many options to accommodate many food allergies. Or next time just use less dairy-free milk.

Prepare zucchini/squash noodles or ribbons, spaghetti squash, rice noodles/pasta, mashed potatoes or potato strings, and rice of any kind.
