I love this product and use it a lot as an egg-like texture. It’s great for making scrambled eggs, omelets, quiches, etc… It’s a good baking filler. So much fun to be had with this product. Soon I will have all these recipes available on the website.
Farr Better Recipes® using this VeganEgg replacer:
FBR Baked Italian Seasoned Zucchini/Squash
FBR Baked Parmesan Zucchini Balls
FBR Baked Broccoli Cheese Style Balls
I like this one if I don’t need it to be used as a filler – like for baking. It’s not as thick of texture as an egg binder. Although, I like the ingredients with this egg replacer. It accommodates our dietary restrictions.
