Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
1 tbsp Ground Chipotle Chili Pepper
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Ground Coriander. If you can only get the seeds, use your Mortar and Pestle to grind it up.
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt Substitutions
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard

- 1 tsp black pepper - ground
- 1 tsp cumin - ground
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt substitutions
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard - ground
