Another favorite of mine! I love their mozzarella option.

They have many wonderful flavors and dairy-free cheese options. Check out their website. You will be impressed.  

 

They have 14 inviting flavors available. I haven’t found these options available in my area yet, but I am working on it and connecting with the manufacturer to see how to purchase more of their products. They have slices, blocks, wedges, grated, creamy, special platters and organic options.

1. Take the “Fruit Pods” aka chunks of jackfruit and shred them with 2 forks just like you would do to pull apart and shred chicken.
