“FREE OF” means to me:
NO… Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Yeast, Oats, Soy, Lactose, Casein, Fish, Shellfish, Eggs, Milk, No butterfat, No Cholesterol, Trans Fat Free. We use these products in our recipes to accommodate Vegetarian, Vegan and Ketogenic diets.
There are many product options listed below that are: Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher Parve, Low-Sodium
What certifications and requirements do we look for?
No added… antibiotics, animal byproducts, steroids or hormones. I work with manufacturers that are Sustainable Sourcing, ethically sourced, no cross contamination, eco-friendly, recycled, recyclable, refillable and reusable.
I have wonderful relationships with all the manufacturers to bring you the best quality, the best choices and many discounts too! It would be to your advantage learning as much as you can about these companies.
Know what you are eating!!
We will continually add lists of products containing words that mean something else. By something else, I mean harmful to you and your dietary restrictions. You will learn a lot from reading these lists. Keep them close by for future reference when reading your ingredient labels.

I have done a lot of research on the manufacturer and their products. I want to make sure these products are safe for my family and yours too. I am constantly making sure the products we use accommodates dietary restrictions. I will continually search to find more wonderful options. You will be well informed every time I find a new product to either eat or that makes our cooking experience a fun one. This information will be in our blog and on the website.
